The Navigator is a set of intelligent tools that will help you understand the City of Los Angeles’ Existing Buildings Energy and Water Efficiency (EBEWE) Ordinance and available rebate programs. This section will help you determine which water rebates you may qualify for and connect you with resources to help move projects forward.
