We specialize in Energy Benchmarking using the ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager portal for both compliance reporting and internal utility tracking for property owners/managers. Energy Benchmarking involves meticulous reporting of water, waste, gas, and/or electricity usage, interfacing with local utilities to verify data accuracy.

Getting Started with our 4 Step On-Boarding Process >>
- An initial discussion to confirm building(s) details and client requirements for the Energy Benchmark.
- Upon receiving a signed contract and necessary utility access, we create a Portfolio Manager account and conduct thorough building research.
- Once utility access is granted (can vary based on the utility, ~3 weeks), we proceed with benchmarking, ensuring data accuracy through meticulous verification.
- Upon completion, we submit the benchmarking report to the City/State (if required for compliance) and provide the client with a comprehensive overview, addressing any actionable insights.
